Receive your CORE mailbox number and permanent private lookup code on screen. Save both. We’ll contact you with your shipping address and next steps.
02 · Shop and ship
Use the address we provide and include your CORE mailbox number so we can match arrivals to you.
03 · Stay updated
Use your mailbox and private code in the customer portal to see package details we’ve recorded. We’ll confirm delivery or pickup arrangements with you.
Where we serve
Based in St. Catherine, online for now
Core Track operates online. We are arranging central pickup options in Spanish Town and Portmore, while delivery remains our main service. Contact us to confirm the best arrangement for your package.
Local delivery: Spanish Town, Portmore, Corporate Kingston and Knutsford. The J$500 delivery fee is waived through November 30, 2026.
Out of town: Doorway, Knutsford, or your preferred courier service, with charges confirmed separately.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get a CORE mailbox number?
Complete the sign-up form. Your mailbox number and private lookup code appear on screen immediately. Save them and wait for our message with the shipping address.
Do I need a ChatGPT account to check my packages?
No. The customer portal is public. Enter your CORE mailbox number and private lookup code to view your own recorded package details.
Does the calculator include customs charges?
No. It uses the published 1–11 lb clearing rate for a whole-pound package. Customs duties, special handling and out of town courier charges are not included.
Can you deliver outside St. Catherine and Kingston?
We can discuss Doorway, Knutsford, or your preferred courier service. We’ll confirm the courier charge and arrangements with you.
What if I lose my private code?
Contact Core Track at 876-776-8091. After confirming your details, we can issue a replacement code. Your previous code will then stop working.
